This banner is made of premium card stock and measures approximately 6 ft in length. The pennants are attached with a blue satin ribbon that is looped on both ends to allow for easy hanging! The penguins and snowflake are attached with a foam dot to create a 3D effect.
This banner has the ability to be customized with the guest of honors name buy choosing this option at checkout! When selecting the customized banner you will receive the Happy Birthday Banner as pictured and a second banner with the name with a penguin on each side!
