This listing is for a set of 12 cupcake toppers. You will receive 6 penguins and 6 snowflakes. Each topper measures approximately 2.4 inches in diameter and is attached to a bamboo skewer. The penguin and snowflake are attached with a foam dot to create a 3D effect.
