This listing is for one Happy Birthday Banner. There is also an option to add a name at checkout! When choosing the name option you will receive one Happy Birthday Banner and one Name Banner with a construction vehicle at each end of the name. The banner is made of premium card stock and each pennant piece measures approximately 5 inches in height. The pennants are attached with yellow satin ribbon that is looped at the ends to allow for easier hanging. The vehicles are attached with foam dots to create a 3D effect.
