The banner is made from premium cardstock and each pennant piece measures approximately 5 inches in length and 3.75 inches wide. The pennants are attached with a white satin ribbon that is looped on the ends for easy hanging. The letters and shamrocks are made from premium gold glitter cardstock. The shamrocks are attached with a foam dot to create a 3D effect.
